  • Order Processing Time: We understand the importance of quick order processing. We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days after the order is placed. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods. Note, some products are custom products that may take additional time to produce.
  • Shipping Destinations: We currently offer shipping within the Continental US. If your desired shipping destination is not available at checkout, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing customers to review and select their preferred option.
  • Tracking and Notifications: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a shipping email containing tracking information. This will enable you to track the progress of your shipment and estimated delivery date. Additionally, we will provide timely updates regarding any significant changes or delays to your shipment.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, please note that delivery times may be influenced by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or unforeseen delays during transit.
  • Address Accuracy: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Any delays or additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping Insurance and Liability: We take utmost care in packaging and ensuring that your order reaches you in good condition. However, once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held liable for any damages, loss, or theft that may occur during transit. Shipping insurance options may be available at an additional cost. Please contact our customer support team for more information.
  • Returns and Exchanges (Physical Products): 
    • To return your physical product, you should mail your product to:
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
    • Depending where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
    • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Digital Products: 

    • Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will receive an email containing the necessary information to access and download your digital product(s). 
    • The download link(s) will be provided in the email, along with any additional instructions or license keys required for activation, if applicable.
    • Authorized Usage:
      • The purchased digital product(s) are solely for personal or internal business use and must not be shared, distributed, or resold to any third party.
      • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product(s) on your own devices in accordance with the specific terms of use provided by the product's copyright holder.
    • Compatibility and Technical Support: 
      • It is your responsibility to ensure that your devices meet the minimum system requirements to run the digital product(s) successfully. We provide general compatibility information on our product pages, but it is recommended to verify compatibility before making a purchase. 
      • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and compatibility details. However, we cannot guarantee that the digital product(s) will be compatible with all operating systems, devices, or software configurations. 
      • We do not provide technical support for third-party software or hardware issues that may arise while using the digital product(s). It is recommended to consult the product's documentation or contact the product's manufacturer for technical assistance.
    • Refunds and Returns: 
      • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for digital products once they have been purchased and downloaded. 
      • If you experience any issues with your download or believe that you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of your purchase. We will investigate the issue and provide assistance to resolve it to the best of our abilities.
    • Intellectual Property: 
      • All digital products sold through our eCommerce store are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the digital product(s) is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences.

  • We accept secure payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay & Apple Pay.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Refund Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email info@shopimaboss.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods.

Shipping confirmations will be sent out with a tracking number you can use to track your order. Shop Pay also has an order tracking feature if you choose to pay through Shop Pay.

Hoodies, crew neck sweatshirts, t-shirts should be washed in cold water with like colors. Tumble dry on low or lay flat to dry. 

Maybe! Email info@shopimaboss.com immediately to cancel your order. If the item has NOT moved to "fulfillment" status, our team can cancel the order. Our items are print on demand upon order processing and there is a small window to cancel an order. Once an item is moved to "fulfillment" meaning it is in production, it cannot be canceled. The ordered will be shipped to the customer.
